Shipping policy

Packages are sent Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. If you order on those days, that does not guarantee same-day shipping. After you order was fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation that your order is on your way, and a tracking number will also be provided. IT'S THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO TRACK THE PACKAGE.  

IF THE PACKAGE IS LOST PER THE SHIPPING SERVICES OFFICE, YOU CAN FILL AN INSURANCE CLAIM WITH THEM. ALL PACKAGES HAVE INSURANCE FOR THE VALUE OF THE ORDER. CHARGE BACKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS "PRODUCT NEVER RECEIVED"

IF THE PACKAGE WAS RETURNED FOR INVALID ADDRESS SET UP BY THE CUSTOMER, THE CUSTOMER HAS TO PAY FOR SHIPPING AGAIN. CHARGE BACKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS "PRODUCT NEVER RECEIVED" 

THE CUSTOMERS HAVE 10 DAYS TO PAY THE SHIPPING COSTS. OTHERWISE, THE MONEY FOR THE ENTIRE ORDER CANNOT BE REFUNDED. 

IF THE PACKAGE WAS RETURNED FOR INVALID ADDRESS SET UP BY GOLOSINAS PIKAA KIKA, WE WILL RESEND THE PACKAGE WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS TO THE CUSTOMER. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES.
